outlook 2010 signature not working in Windows 10

In Windows 10, Open Settings-> Apps & Features -> Microsoft Office Desktop apps -> Click Advanced options -> Scroll to bottom -> Select Outlook and click [uninstall].

After the above step please try to set Signature..
